OUR DEFINITION OF LEADERSHIP OUR DEFINITION OF LEADERSHIP

OF LEADERSHIP OUR DEFINITION OF LEADERSHIP

“Leadership is taking responsibility to enable others to achieve shared purpose in the times of uncertainty”
- Marshall Ganz
To practice this type of leadership one need to go through a personal transformation that requires continuous interrogation of your own power and position. This transformation is not just an intellectual exercise, but a new way of “seeing” & “feeling” the people around you.

Our approach is practical

Have you ever learned how to run a bike? Or to how to swim? Learning any new skill is not just an intellectual exercise, it requires getting on the bike are trying things on. We emphasize applicability through  an approach that focus on practice.

Apply learnings immediately

Practice enables health professionals to build their skills, receive real-time feedback and immediately apply learnings to their day-to-day activism.
