Jennifer Goldsmith consults with senior leaders at US and global organizations and also teaches and mentors students at universities including Brandeis, Tufts, Simmons and Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health. Jen has built a career in program development, strategy, planning in domestic and global health and higher education with a deep commitment to systems improvement and fairness in access.
In her current consulting work, Jen works with leaders and teams to conceptualize, plan and facilitate plans for growth, collaboration and improvement. She develops strategic plans, programs and evaluations and works with teams to bring ideas to life. An experienced development strategist and writer, Jen creates and delivers nuanced scripts, narratives and video content focused on synthesizing complex data to tell clear stories of possibility. Recent partner organizations include the Boston Medical Center, Boston Public Health Commission, Groundwater Institute, Mass Health Quality Partners, National Sea Change Coalition, Rx Foundation, and the University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda. Jen works with clients in the public and private sectors including in the pharma and biotech space, state and local government, and local, national and global non-profits.
Jen earned a BA from the University of Michigan, MS in Public Health at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, and MEd at Boston College. She trained as an Improvement Coach through the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.
